After you have made your purchase, please contact through the "CHAT " button at the top of each page on the site in order to schedule your reading.  For email readings, please contact via facebook with your first name, date of birth, and your questions.  In most cases a chat reading can be scheduled within 1-3 hours of purchase. Depending on workload, the turnaround time on email readings varies between 2-24 hours on average. All email and chat readings are guaranteed to be delivered wtihin 72 hours, although average turnaround time is much sooner.
